Adebanke Ilori- Oyeniyi is a Lawyer and the Executive Director of Raising New Voices Initiative (New Voices), a non-governmental organization working on inclusive governance and legislative reforms and the organization behind the #BreakTheHold campaign crowdfunding the campaign of 25 young people into the House of Representatives. She is also the Managing Editor of Lawyard.ng, a leading online platform for interactions around the practice of law in Nigeria.
She’s an Alumnus of the German Fredrich Ebert Stiftung Open Minds Young Voices, a fellow of the YALI West Africa Regional Leadership Centre and the Mandela Washington Fellowship where she studied Public Management.
Her work is with emphasis on public interest litigation, corporate law, development, and inclusive governance. She is also actively involved in National politics and is the acting National publicity secretary of the KOWA Party, having initially served as the Secretary of the National Youth Caucus.
She has championed the right of prison inmates to education in line with the UN Minimum Standard Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners by commencing an initiative with the NYSC in 2017 to provide formal education to prisoners in Abuja, Nigeria through the “Schools in Prisons” project.

Eniafe Momodu has spoken at high-profile events including the Warwick Africa Summit. He recently hosted his own event called “The New World Brunch” in Lagos. Annie Margaret Ihoreere Wagana has 12 years of professional legal experience ranging from legal research, humanitarian and human rights law, corporate governance law, criminal and civil law. She has served as a judicial officer for the last seven years and is currently on study leave pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Antwerp IOB, Belgium where her thesis is based on Refugee Law and Policy Development. In 2013, she co-founded with her siblings, Uganda Pixels Ltd, a graphics design and advertising company, which outsources its designers to publishing companies, creates diaries for school children with inspirational quotes and simple ways of time planning, creates art books for primary and secondary schools and does advertising from billboards to print adverts. She is a humanitarian by vocation.
In the past, she has worked for the Institute of Southern African Studies, National University of Lesotho (2008-2009), The African Peer Review Mechanism Lesotho as the Administrative Manager (2009), interned in the Capital Markets Authority in Uganda (2010), United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, in Tanzania, as a legal researcher (2011), interned at the Supreme Court of Uganda (2009), worked in research in various NGOs in Uganda, interned in the American Bar Association (2019) and currently serves as a Magistrate Grade One in Judiciary Government of Uganda since 2013.
As one that believes in lifting others, she has established several internship programs for undergraduate law students within her courts, and while working as a Research Officer at the Judicial Training Institute. She is also a Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus (2019) and was also selected as an invitee to the World Bank Group Youth Summit in Washington DC that took place on 20th November 2019 due to her interest in designing smart cities for refugees in Uganda but could not attend due to constraint by her studies in Belgium.
Margaret is working towards opening a legal aid clinic in Western Uganda for minorities along with her team. Not stopping there, she is also developing a design for a smart city, for refugees in Uganda. We are honestly delighted about this and will like to reach out to prospective partners to support her in making this happen.
Haydar Daudu is an economist by training and an ardent public servant by profession. His passion for public service led him to his current service as a Senior Economist at Developing-8 Health and Social Protection Programme, an organization working to accelerate the attainment of SDGs 1,2 and 3 for member countries (Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Turkey).
Haydar is an Alumni of the University of Essex and the University of Manchester where he obtained a first-class degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Development Economics and Policy respectively.
Haydar’s combination of intelligence, commitment, perseverance, creativity, and competence has enabled him to serve at different levels including seats on the board of Hope for Abused Children Foundation and Sabiul Amal Foundation, a not-for-profit organization working to improve educational opportunities for young girls in Gombe State, Nigeria.
What is most engaging about Haydar’s character is his wide range of interests. He is comfortable talking about history and international politics. Kunle Laniyan one of the most remarkable portrait and wedding photographers in Abuja, Nigeria. His journey to founding @kunle_laniyan started as far back as 2008 with a camera he got from his Dad as a gift. In 2013, during his undergraduate program in Babcock university, he got his first professional camera and started taking pictures of school events. One of the prominent works he did in school was taking pictures for the school calendar. She is Co-Founder of WeFarmAfrica.org and CEO/Founder of Fresh Direct Produce and Agro-Allied Services bringing communities together with agricultural technologies to strengthen agricultural value chain. Focused on developmental economics and women and youth empowerment, utilizing grass roots campaigns, technology and innovation to assist these groups in solving global issues, especially in agriculture. She wears another hat as owner, Zahara Empresa, an Abuja-based mega spa and salon. She has served as Technical Assistant and Research Consultant to the Director General of the Office of Economic Development and Partnership in the Office of the Governor of the State of Osun (consultancy ongoing), Special Assistant to the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Poverty Alleviation and National Coordinator of the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) and Consultant to the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Wealth Creation. Oluwaseun leads a national movement with over 200 youth volunteers across Nigeria and focuses her work on awareness, policy advocacy, prevention and support for women and girls. Over the course of five (5) years, she has led projects aimed at eliminating the prevalence of sexual violence, providing adolescents with access to contraceptives and family planning information, teaching young boys in and men in schools and communities to change their perceptions, attitudes and actions on sexual violence and sexual reproductive health and rights issues. Additionally, she teaches women about bodily autonomy, sexual reproductive health and rights and empowers them to speak up against sexual assault.
Oluwaseun has vast knowledge and experience working with adolescents and young people and in recognition of her work, she has been awarded the Vital Voices Fellowship, the 2017 Future Award Africa Prize for Advocacy, the 2017 Future of Women Africa: Social Impact Award, Queen’s Young Leader Highly Commended Runner-Up award 2017, the 2018 Obama Foundation Leader: Africa, 2018 Women Deliver Fellowship and recently, the Commonwealth Young Person of the Year 2019.
Dr Olamide Samuel (27) holds a PhD in National Security Strategy from University of Buckingham. He earned his B.ILD degree in International Law and Diplomacy in 2013, from Babcock University, Nigeria, where he specialized in researching on the global emergence of Private Military and Security Companies. He also holds an MA in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy from the University of Buckingham (2014).
Olamide is currently the Coordinator of the Strategic Concept for the Removal of Arms and Proliferation (SCRAP) Project. The SCRAP project proposes General and Complete Disarmament as the goal of Disarmament and Non-Proliferation efforts, and works with International Organisations, Governments and Civil Society to advance this agenda.
His work focuses on Conventional Arms Control, Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament, and Multilateral Disarmament Diplomacy. He has held lectures and engaged in high-level panel discussions at the United Nations, African Union and in various diplomatic and academic arenas.
He is also a Senior Teaching Fellow at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) University of London, where he is teaching on the MA International Studies and Diplomacy programme at the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy.
This year, Olamide is working towards implementing an advocacy project for the improved governance of illicit improvised and craft-produced Small Arms and Light Weapons in Nigeria, in partnership with the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and the Arms Trade Treaty Secretariat.
A graduate of International Relations and Diplomacy from Afe Babalola University with a passion for media and fashion. His love for media has led him to become a content developer in Abuja whilst also being a fashion and style influencer on his off days. He recently began making giant strides in the fashion scene with his bold and edgy fashion statements, creative style and impeccable taste. Having worked with top brands like Johnny Walker, Jumia Nigeria, Daniel Wellington, Onwuchekwa BCD, Russell Solomon, Dumebi Clothing, Crux Luxury Wears and Fen Shop NG, his creative style allows him to show a different side of fashion that is entirely refreshing to see. Ms Likotsi is the executive chairperson of the Young Women in Business Network (YWBN). She is an assertive, tenacious team leader and player dedicated to the economic freedom of young women.

Ukinebo Dare is the Managing Director of the Edo State Skills Development Agency. She oversees the Edojobs initiative and is the project coordinator for Edo innovates (an innovation cluster leveraging on technology to create jobs, upskill youth and incubate businesses) Edo creative hub, Edo food and Agric cluster (impacting over 3,000 farmers in rural communities yearly with improved access to markets, equipment, aggregation services, etc.), and Edo production centre (providing power supply, shared factory facilities and skills for artisans and small scale manufacturers in the state).
